After scanning her options......
Lauren quickly decided on what I considered to be the most obnoxious and "un-cute" bear in the place, royal blue with bright multicolor peace signs all over! I tried to gently coax her in a different direction but apparently she felt a strong connection to it because she wouldn't even entertain any other options.
Aidan took a little longer to decide but settled on a black bear.
They gave their bear lots of love and some other good qualities and put the hearts in.
Then it was time for a bath.....
and some clothes.
They had fun building bears and we had just as much fun watching them :)

What a neat gift. Looks like they had a good time. Aidan looks really grown-up on the one picture. Now, Lauren hmmmmmmm, not the bear I would have picked either. Might have to keep that one around for future teasing.
So fun! I am afraid that Taryn would have picked out the exact one that Lauren picked out. At least she's all for peace! ;)
I like the one where they're putting love in their bear and Lauren has her hands on her mouth like what are they doing to Aidan's black bear? :) Either that or she's blowing him kisses? :)
